Hydrolyzed

firstly, i am a long time user of wysong, in particular archtype and call of the wild, and these are great products.
i anticipate kittens pretty soon and was looking at the mothers mild product for cats and do have few questions.
the ingredients mention hydrolyzed coconut oil - i assume this is NOT the same as hydrogenated.
my undersrtanding of coconut oil hydrolyzation is that it would break up longer chain fatty acids into shorter one for better assimilation.
am i correct that this is what you are doing.
